If you installed the nVidia firewall, uninstall it.

My next conclusion is this support site is getting Hammered with posts , Every other Website , Forums , and Message boards works but this one . Colin Barnhorst- nah I don't use the nvidia firewall bud. It's alway the PC or ISP , What a Crock .. My name isn't Bud. The nVidia firewall is a known problem for XP Pro x64 users whether the user installs the firewall or not. A piece of it gets installed anyway and the resolution is to fully install it so it can be seen in Add/Remove Programs and then uninstall it. That removes the offending piece. I don't know if a similar problem occurs with Vista but it might.
